The Archives Advisory Council offers guidance to the UMN Morris Archives and Special Collections in order to better serve UMN Morris students, staff, faculty, and alumni. This group meets annually and includes the following membership:

- 1 current student
- 1 alumni
- Briggs Library Director
- Briggs Library Metadata & Technical Services Coordinator
- UMN Morris Archivist
- Alumni and Annual Giving Director
